3. Payment Terms

All fees are due at the time of order. We accept secure payment methods and process transactions through trusted gateways.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Automation Services: Cancellations received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of all paid fees. Cancellations within 7 days are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge.

4.2 Educational Resources: Access is granted immediately after purchase. All sales of digital materials are final and nonrefundable due to the nature of instant delivery and access.

4.3 Physical Products: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned items through the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.

5. Liability Limitations

LedgoraHelp shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months prior to the claim.
